Welcome!

My name is Shauna (Weinstein) Lynch, Ph.D., and I am a clinical psychologist licensed in NY and CT states. My approach is relational, and I am formally trained in mentalization-based treatment and dialectical behavior therapy. I offer in-person and virtual daytime individual therapy sessions for young adults and adults, and adolescents on non-traditional school schedules.
